We appreciate the Governor of Virginia’s efforts to slow the spread of the corona virus most recently announced on March 30th, while also providing Blackbriar with a path to continue restricted operations by carefully following prudent social distancing protocols. Blackbriar takes its responsibility to the community and its customers seriously, and will continue to implement our rigid and prudent preventative measures so that we remain both operational in a limited capacity and governmentally compliant. We look forward to the FDA reevaluating its fast approaching premarket tobacco application deadline in recognition of the current national health situation and issuing appropriately modified timelines.
